Tax bills were mailed out on Thursday, December 17th.  You can always view and print your property tax bill by clicking on the Oneida County link HERE. (It is best to only enter your last name or the name on your tax bill in the fields; do not complete all fields.) The Treasurer will hold office hours on Tuesday, January 19th, Wednesday, January 20th and Thursday, January 21st from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Please keep in mind only one (1) person will be allowed at the Treasurer's window at a time.  Please ring the doorbell for service. You can also pay your bill via the drive-thru at mBank (1811 Superior St.) during their normal business hours starting on Monday, December 21st.  You can also mail your payment to the Three Lakes Treasurer (DO NOT MAIL TO ONEIDA COUNTY); include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a copy of your receipt. You can also print a copy of your receipt from the Oneida County tax link above.  If you also want to purchase transfer site coupons, you can include a separate check with your tax payment. (full sheet=$45.00; half sheet=$22.50)

You can pay your bill via the Point & Pay link HERE.  There is a fee of $1.50 if paying by e-check for any payment under $10,000.00, and a fee of $10.00 for any payment over $10,000.00; or an additional 2.39% fee (of your total bill) if paying by credit card.

2021 dog license fees are $8.00 for spayed/neutered; $20.00 for non-spayed/non-neutered.  You must bring/provide a copy of the most current rabies information when purchasing a license.  Please refer to the dog license information on our website HERE.

The Town Transfer Site is located at 1313 S. Big Lake Loop Road and open

during the following days/times:

January 2, 2021 - May 28, 2021

Saturday and Monday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon; Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon

The cost for a full sheet of Transfer Site coupons is $45.00; the cost for a half sheet is $22.50.  You can mail your check to the Town Office with a note indicating the address you want us to mail back the coupons.

Townline Boat Landing Annual Boat Launch Permits can be purchased at the Town Office or through the mail.  If you're purchasing via the mail, please send a note with your name, address, phone number, license plate number, and description of vehicle.  You will also need to include your $20.00 check made payable to the Town of Three Lakes along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
